Looking after your health is important. As a professional massage practitioner and tutor, fitness enthusiast and obsessive field hockey player,
I have always considered myself to be reasonably healthy. Things changed in 2013 when I developed Type 1 Diabetes and so, my new challenge began.
I researched and learned, adapting and adjusting lifestyle aspects along the way, and continue to do so.
Those who have been with me on my ever-evolving journey have encouraged and nudged me to share my experience.
After much thinking (and over-thinking!), I finally came up with a way to present this information, alongside existing knowledge and skills.
This website will continue to develop with thoughts, information, and recipe ideas, plus some light-hearted ramblings on the side.
